The pace at which someone learns these things and implements them into there life is drastically different. How we learn, the rate we digest information, the ease at which we implement and the amount of de-conditioning we have to do to get there.

For this reason, our sessions are spread out to meet you where you are at.

After each one on one session, you will take time to play around with what you learned. During that part of the journey, I will be available for on the go coaching through telegram.

Once you feel ready, we will move on with the next one and one session. This ensures you feel ready to advance.
