The Up Level program is designed to walk you through reclaiming your personal power through agency of your mind, body and soul, becoming a conscious co-creator of this reality, and embodying the duality of power through emotional alchemy. The program is taught through 3 courses, Up Level 1, 2 and 3, with on going support between each level. Students graduate the program by advancing through the levels.

What to expect

Up Level 1, 2 and 3 are each 3 day courses that generally run from Friday to Sunday

Each day, we will be connected from 8 am to 5 pm

Class will be held at LuxSana in Surprise Arizona, address will be provided after registration. Below is a sample day.

  • Yes, if this is your first time completing the course, we ask that you attend all 3 days, so select a course date that will allow you to do so. IIf you are a returning student who is attending as a refresher and would like to attend a portion of a course, please reach out directly to discuss.

  • No, students do not stay onsite overnight. We ask that you book a hotel or airbnb stay if you do not live in the area. Please reach out if you need help.

  • Out of town guest fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which is about 30 miles from LuxSana.

  • We will provide light refreshments, water, and coffee to begin the day. Students are dismissed for a 90 minute lunch break midday. There are a plethora of restaurants in the area that you can visit in person, or doordash from, or you can bring a lunch with you if you prefer.

  • We highly recommend you wear comfortable clothing and socks. This will allow you to be comfortable during the mediation and body work sections of the class. You are welcome to bring a blanket, yoga mat, and pillows if you desire. A pen and journal is recommended by not required.

  • Enrollment is non refundable, but can be used towards to different start date. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

How It Works

  • Begin your journey by reclaiming personal power of your mind, body and spirit. This class focuses on teaching students how to own that they are vibrational beings and how to work with, not against, the energy of their thoughts, actions and emotions.

    After class, students are encouraged to plug into the online Facebook community, where they will practice implementing what they learned in Up Level One including attending optional Live coaching calls open to all current and former students. The magic is practicing the art of implementing what is taught.

  • Once a student feels they have begun to master the art of agency, they can apply to graduate from Up Level One, at which point they will be eligible to enroll into Up Level Two.

    In Up Level Two, students are taught how to intentionally manifest the life experience they desire through the tools they learned in Up Level One.

    After class, students will be eligible to apply to be a mentor to Up Level One students, if that is something they desire.

  • Once a student is demonstrating that they have an understanding of the material in Up Level Two and have demonstrated their ability to implement the information, they can request to graduate at which point they will be eligible to enter into the Up Level Three course.

    Up Level Three teaches students the art of emotional alchemy through transmutation.

    Students who wish to, can apply to mentor Up Level Two students.

  • This program is designed to teach you how to live the life you crave! We encourage students to embody the teachings, become an active participate in their life story and manifest the reality they wish to experience.

  • For those graduates who LOVE this lifestyle and feel called to take these teachings out into the world, we offer the opportunity for Up Level Three graduates to join our team and mission by becoming an Up Level instructor through LuxSana.
